Acute Origin of Pains of the Acromioclavicular Articulation
At younger and healthy people
the acute pains are mostly caused by trauma, a fall or an injury in sport . The
injury can damage the acromioclavicular articulation which later reacts by a
development of arthrotic changes. The acute arising of pains in this area we can
meet also at infectious arthritis which is really very rare.
Chronic Coarse of Pains of the Acromioclavicular Articulation
Chronic pains of the
acromioclavicular articulation are very often manifestations of rheumatoid
affections and traumatic synovitis of the acromioclavicular articulation or
blockades in this articulation, also very often with the symptoms of secondary impigement syndrome.
