Bilateral Tenosynovaginitis of the Long Head of the Biceps

In the case of rheumatoid affection we also meet bilateral tenovaginitis of the long head of the biceps. We show an ultrasound examination of one of many cases there. Some of these cases are so far thought to be diagnosticated under a diagnosis of polymyalgia rheumatica.
