Tenovaginitis of the Long Head of the Biceps in the Longitudinal Section

A liquid along the tendon (most frequently at exudative tenovaginitis of the long head of the biceps) manifests with a hypoechogenic focus in the area of the long head of the biceps. With regarding to two-dimensional visualization in the longitudinal section, it is mostly manifested as a triangular focus adjacent to the humerus.
