Combination of Glenohumeral Arthritis and Tenovaginitis of the Long Head of the Biceps

A patient with rheumatoid arthritis cured by double combination of MTX 7,5 mg per week and Plaquenil 400 mg per week, in a complete remission. She comes because of an acute pain of the shoulder with typical problems (see subjective and objective symptoms of glenohumeral arthritis).
