Summary of the Chapter of Myofascial Syndrome

At activation of the trigger point a distant pain which is typical for the trigger syndrome, and it mostly has a blunt character, sometimes very intensive. The muscle, where the trigger point is active, is in spasm, and it has decreasing strength of the contraction. This syndrome occurs as primary, originated on the basis of muscular causes, or secondary as a product of other affections. Myofascial syndrome can be find in all muscles of the human body.
