A patient comes when he has one
month lasting pains in his shoulder which came to an existence
after the fall on the shoulder, and pains began at the same time
with a loud rupture. From that time a motility is restricted. He cannot
sleep at night. Regarding to anamnesis of the injury the second day after his
injury the patient is sent to
undergo X-ray examination. A conclusion from the X-ray examination: a normal
finding on the shoulder. With regarding to this fact, the patient is let on NSA,
and he comes with the same problems to the rheumatoid outpatient department one
month later.
At the examination a normal rotator cuff is found, and the long head of the
biceps is in a norm, in the axillary section without any liquid, pathology found
on the acromioclavicular articulation.
