Affection of the Shoulder Girdle

A basic question, which is asked during each examination, is if it is an affection of the shoulder girdle or other structures (f. e. neurological, internal origin of the problems). We are most often brought to  a probable possibility of pathology in the area of the shoulder girdle due to the following patient's problems with which he/she comes to our outpatient department:

1. a spontaneous pain felt in the area of the shoulder

2. pains strengthen during the examination of complex movements

3. a restriction of a motility of complex movements
